As a member of 21 in Truro I spend a week each fall in the cabins of Sladeville along the Pamet River in Truro.
It is a week devoted to art with the companionship of twenty other women. The timelessness of the place and season is pivotal. As I create from the extensive images and ideas I have amassed during the week, I am
warmed by the sharing moments and interaction which permeates the space in and around the cabins. I am alone as in a retreat, yet surrounded by art friends.

It is a sense of peace I don't experience anywhere else.

It is 21 in Truro.

2009 marks our tenth year together.
